Transcripts & Teacher Evaluations

Please ask your child's current teacher to send a written evaluation of your child's progress in social/emotional growth and educational readiness.  We have no structured format or a form for this evaluation.

Grade 2 - Grade 12
Please send the Transcript Release and Teacher Evaluation Forms to your child's current school.  Their current school will complete these forms and mail or fax them all directly to Visitation.  Our fax number is (651) 454-7144.

Financial Grants
Visitation offers need-based financial grants to qualifying students in Kindergarten through grade 12.  Approximately 20 percent of Visitation students qualify for grants.  Parents wishing to apply for a grant must fill out financial statement forms, which are available in late December each year.  Please contact
Crista Jeske or call the Admissions Office at 651-683-1707 to request a financial grant packet .

Click here to learn more about available grants and payment plans.

The financial grant application deadline is March 1, 2010 for the 2010-2011 school year.  Please note: this is prior to the federal tax deadline of April 15, but information from those tax forms will be needed on your grant application, so complete your personal income taxes by the end of February.

Grant award notification is released in mid-May.  Student acceptance letters are sent out prior to this, as we have a 'need-blind' acceptance policy.
