AlertNow System to be Tested the Week of November 9
In an effort to provide the safest environment
for all of our constituents, Visitation has invested in a service called
AlertNow.
AlertNow is an automated phone system designed specifically to
address school emergency communication needs and replaces outdated phone trees
and automated dialing tools that require staff resources and large blocks of
time to deliver messages to multiple recipients.
AlertNow is the industry's
only rapid communication service that distinguishes urgent emergency calls with
a "411" caller ID display.
The
school will be conducting a TEST of this system the week of November 9.
Parents will receive a phone call to all numbers listed in the Admissions Office database (home, work, and cell). As stated above, your caller ID will display “411” for the test the week of November 9.
